The property is located near Kyiv in a pine forest. On the lot there are significant relief differences.

The design was carried out simultaneously for two bordering plots (areas of 12 and 15 acres) and they were conceptually interdependent:
– both houses at the same distance from the front fence;
– boundary parking for cars outside the fence;
– entry groups also had to be visually connected.

Here we have got the plot with an area of ​​12 acres. The development of the project started from scratch – there were forest bushes, so it was necessary to optimally place houses and fences amongst of numerous existing trees in order to preserve them as much as possible.
