Project “G-26A”

I had the pleasure of developing the landscaping design of this site – incl. landscape, exteriors, paving, lighting.

I would like to note right away that this travertine-labradorite style of house facades, fences and paving has been developed by me according to the wishes of my Client (adn he is also the developer) back in the 10s. Several houses with yards in this style were designed for him, because it, as they say, “tickled fency” with Kyiv buyers. And today it’s just a kind of déjà vu when I see a whole series of copies of these projects on the pages of realtors on YouTube.
On the one hand, it’s flattering that the style we’ve developed is so popular. And on the other hand, you have to strain your memory and sometimes distinguish other people’s plots based only on the location of the pine trees.

This house is located in the residential complex “Lisova Bucha”, Kyiv vicinities.
The development of the project started from scratch – there were forest bushes, so the task was to optimally place the house and the fence in the middle of the existing trees. After all, each mature tree on the lot is a value in itself.
